What we are asked most often

Who pays for the service?

Not you. Submitting a request and receiving proposals costs you nothing, and nothing is added to your price. Teral Travel is funded by partner packages taken by providers, with no commission on business concluded.

How many proposals will I receive?

Several, subject to availability: we approach at least three venues or suppliers whenever the network allows. If none can take your dates, we tell you that too, within 72 working hours.

Do your proposals fit our procurement rules?

They reach you in a comparable format, which makes competitive selection easier. Each supplier issues its quote in your name, and you contract directly with the one you select.

How early should we start?

As early as possible. At the end of the year, large meeting rooms and room blocks are in high demand, especially when Dakar hosts major international events. A request submitted in October leaves time to compare and book.

We already have a hotel in mind. Is that useful?

Yes. Mention it in your request: we approach it, together with other matching venues, so that you can compare.

Can transfers and accommodation be included?

Yes. Transfers from Blaise Diagne airport, local shuttles and rooms are requested in the same form, and proposed by suppliers in the network.
