We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Your details may be passed on to the providers we put you in touch with, solely for the purposes of your request.
Subscription relies on a double confirmation: after you sign up, we send you an email with a confirmation link, and you only receive the magazine once you have clicked that link. An unconfirmed sign-up is deleted after 30 days. Every mailing includes an unsubscribe link, effective immediately.
To operate, the website relies on three providers, which process certain data on our behalf: Hostinger (hosting of the website and database), Brevo (sending emails) and Google Analytics (audience measurement). Some of this data may therefore be processed outside Senegal.

Teral Travel is a platform that connects event organisers with local providers in Senegal. Teral Travel is neither a travel agency, nor an event operator, nor the direct supplier of the services offered by the partners in its network. Teral Travel is not a party to the contracts concluded between the organiser and the selected provider or providers.
Submitting a request and receiving proposals are free for the organiser. Teral Travel is paid by the providers in its network, in the form of a commission on business concluded through the introduction. This commission is never added to the price paid by the client: each provider invoices its own rate. Its terms are set by a written agreement between Teral Travel and each provider.
The information published on the website (capacities, equipment, descriptions) comes from the official sources of the venues and may change. Listings marked “Verified” have been confirmed by the venue itself. Capacities are reconfirmed with the venue at the time of each proposal.
Joining the Teral Travel partner network is subject to approval by our team and is not automatic. The presentation listing on the website is free; optional visibility packages are offered to partners. Being listed guarantees neither a volume of requests nor the conclusion of business.
These terms are governed by Senegalese law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the jurisdiction of the Senegalese courts.
